Yoga retreat "Deluxe & Relax"

The beautiful Island of Mallorca is famous for its beauty and is a place where the body and mind can be pampered.

During this one-week retreat at the boutique hotel Amapola you can relax, recuperate and enjoy yoga twice a day, 90 minutes each morning and evening, in the beautiful surroundings. The Hotel is only a 10 minutes drive away from the beautiful Es Trenc beach.

The Hatha-Yoga classes are designed around helping you recentre, rebalance and focus. You will gain more strength and flexibility through practising yoga poses (asanas). Through breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation you can find your centre of physical, mental and emotional balance.

I will use my extensive knowledge and experience as a yoga teacher and physiotherapist, helping you to practise in a way that suits you best. You will also have the opportunity to join two workshops about yoga philosophy and two early morning meditations.

There is a Yoga tent with heating and air-conditioning so that the classes can be held independently of the weather.
